In the nose, bananas and very ripe fruit quickly give way to the more complex aromas of wood, prunes and oranges. The palate is well balanced, with very subtle suggestions of cinnamon, pepper and vanilla, and an unmistakeable ylang-ylang finale. This is an elegant rum that coats the mouth with softness and complexity that goes on and on.
